It works through two services. Smart Audit gives a complete view of the organisation: a map that shows, from start to finish, how the company operates, and a report with the opportunities to improve, ranked by impact and ease. Smart Build designs and implements the solutions that respond to what has been identified, from automated workflows to artificial intelligence agents, and supports the system every month. The two services are independent: the analysis can be commissioned on its own, and it is valuable in itself.

No. You don't need to know about technology, nor to think of this as a service beyond the reach of a company your size. We simplify every stage and build a system that works for you, tailored to your needs and your budget. All we ask is that you tell us how your company works; we take care of the rest of the process, so you never have to deal with the technical side.

No. Smart Audit stands on its own. Smart Build proposals come to you separately, and you decide whether to take them up.

It depends on the size and complexity of the company, as well as on the impact the solution creates and the savings it brings. We adapt every proposal to the available budget, because we see the relationship as a shared benefit: the investment has to make sense for you and for us. We never propose solutions beyond your capacity to invest. Every proposal is tailored together with you, with complete transparency.

It depends on the scope, but getting everything up and running usually takes between one and three weeks. With Smart Build, our support carries on afterwards, every month.

No. We adapt to every business and every need, whatever the sector.

2. What data we collect

Only the data you send us when you fill in the contact brief: name, company, email address, phone number and your written answers about your business, your day-to-day work, the tools you use and what you hope to achieve. The form also records the language of the page, the date and time of submission and the number of seconds you spent on it, which we use to filter spam. Please do not include data about third parties, sensitive personal data or confidential figures about your company.

3. What we use it for

Solely to review your request, prepare a first meeting with you and contact you. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell or share it, and we do not make automated decisions about you or profile you.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and steps taken at your request prior to a possible contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.

5. Who has access to your data

Only the people at Your Smart Solution who handle requests. For the form to work, your data passes through our server, hosted by Hostinger, where an automated n8n workflow receives it and sends it to us by email through Google (Gmail). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. We do not share it with anyone else.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as necessary to handle your request. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or third-party trackers, and fonts are served from our own site. If you click the email or WhatsApp buttons, you will leave this site for those services, which have their own policies.

8. Minors

This site is aimed at businesses, not at minors.

Data Protection Policy

1. Legal framework

We process your data in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Portuguese law that implements it (Law No. 58/2019).

2. Principles we apply

We collect only the data we need, use it solely for the purpose we explain to you, keep it accurate and retain it only for as long as necessary. The information in your brief is confidential and we use it solely to prepare our first meeting with you.

3. Your rights

At any time, you can ask us for: access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of its processing, objection to its processing, receipt of your data in a structured format (portability) and withdrawal of your consent. You will not be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.

4. How to exercise them

Write to us at yoursmartsolution.pt@gmail.com stating what you would like to do. We will reply within one month at most. We may ask you to confirm your identity before handling your request.

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: an encrypted connection, access limited to the people who handle requests, and no storage of your data on this website. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the supervisory authority and the people affected where the law requires it.
